Summer Christmas Trifle
Penny for Pound's show-stopping trifle makes the perfect centrepiece for your festive spread. Layers of mango and passionfruit jelly, tangy passionfruit curd, fresh fruit, passion soaked sponge, creamy vanilla mascarpone chantilly and mango passion compote. All finished with meringue kisses and white chocolate stars, presented in a glass trifle bowl for you to keep.
Served in a 3L glass trifle bowl (yours to keep), it generously serves 15-20 guests.
